Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks Distribution is proud to launch our very first Annual Innovation Focus Report. It has three key aims:

• Sharing the successes of our recent innovations and the benefits they’ve delivered for our customers and the environment.
• Showcasing the work our teams are doing at the moment and how this will help us achieve our strategic objectives.
• Giving you opportunities to get involved – your voice is really important to us, and we want to hear your thoughts on how we’re doing. With your help we can improve the services you receive and deliver on our wider business commitments.
