Key Activities

Ports have no simple and accurate way to map their decarbonization pathways, with the resulting electricity network needs. Therefore, the electricity network does not have sight of a large future demand on the network.

SeaChange will create a tool:

• To inform and enable ports and their users to plot their most viable decarbonization pathways
• To help identify key electricity network investment requirements.
• For critical national infrastructure to foster a more coordinated approach to future investment and create a more effective and efficient journey to net zero.
